Well, I have been "in-country" for about a week and so far I love it. The country is stunning and everyone I have met has been incredibly friendly, welcoming and curious. Learning tons about the political situation, the environment, composting, farming, live barriers, and life skills like cooking papusas, washing clothes by hand and of course, Spanish...
